VectorCSP Program Analyst, Journeyman (PMA-271 PM MAC) in Lexington Park, Maryland
Job Summary:
Manage and analyze all aspects of procurement and budget requirements. Work as a contributing member of an IPT to support program objectives.
Education and Experience:
BA/BS 3 to 10 Years Experience OR
Associates Degree with 2 additional years relevant experience OR
4 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for Bachelor's Degree.
Essential Duties:
Use the PMT to develop and manage PIDs.
Coordinate and prepare Procurement Planning Conferences (PPC's)
Generation, route, and track Procurement Planning Agreements (PPAs).
Perform management, technical, or business case analyses.
Collect, organize, and interpret data relating to project acquisition and programs.
Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Analyze and evaluate acquisition strategies and planning processes and provide input and recommendations.
Facilitate and track spend plans, funding documents, and data calls associated with the PPBS.
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:
Ability to effectively use MS Office Products, Roxio, AutoCAD, Visio, and Adobe Pro.
