ManTech Integrated Government Schedule (IGS) Scheduler / IMS Analyst in Lexington Park, Maryland

Currently, our Navy Aviation Division is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Integrated Project Schedule (IGS) Developer/Scheduler– IMS Analyst to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD area. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collecting requirements from technical subject matter experts and translating into information used in developing, baselining, maintaining, and analyzing networked Integrated Government Schedules (IGS).

  • Will assist in updating the status of an evaluation milestone schedule & program IGS and assist in providing OnePager summary views from theses schedules.

  • Responsible for developing/assisting in responding to frequent ad-hoc scheduling requests from project schedules. These schedules are comprised of one to two medium sized efforts and two small IS project schedules.

  • Identifying, evaluating, and presenting critical/driving path analysis and provide “What If” scenarios if needed.

  • Communicating schedule status during in-person and virtual meetings, via telephone, and email.

  • Formatting and presenting schedule information and data using a variety of tools such as Microsoft Office Suit, OnePager, MS Project, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel.

  • Facilitating meetings in support of schedule processes, which include various program/project stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in areas related to math, science, statistics, or engineering

  • Candidates shall have a minimum of five (5) years of experience as an IGS developer

  • Must have experience with networked schedule development, critical path method, developing baseline and status using milestones, task, duration, lead/lag, and other data points of schedule development, maintenance, and analysis

  • This position is 100% onsite. Individual must be able to report to customer site five (5) days per week

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in math, science, statistics, or engineering desired, but not required

  • Experience with OnePager Professional

  • Knowledge and familiarity with DoD Acquisition Lifecycle

  • Knowledge and familiarity with aircraft systems and components

  • Knowledge and familiarity with prototyping and manufacturing

  • Knowledge and familiarity with PowerBI

  • Experience with technical program management support

  • Experience interfacing with senior level customers, providing analysis of schedule, schedule drivers/impacts, and providing possible improvement/resolution/mitigation solutions

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen and hold a current Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • Tasking is primarily computer based. The person in this position must be able to operate and perform tasking on a PC.

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, Customers, and management through email, phone, and other virtual communication methods (e.g. TEAMS)
