Precise Systems, Inc. Project Analyst, Junior in Lexington Park, Maryland

We are currently seeking a Project Analyst, Junior to support our PMA-205 at Pax River Naval Air Station. The Project Analyst, Junior will provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. The Project Analyst, Junior will support the following tasking:

  • Drafts personnel actions

  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications

  • Scheduling interviews and performance review in support of Management Systems

  • Coordinate/schedule/facilitate meetings

  • Meeting Minutes/Action Items

  • Distribute briefs and files for meetings, as requested

  • Proficient in Microsoft Programs to include Outlook and Word, and familiarity with PowerPoint and Teams.

Required Education: BS/BA Degree

Required Experience: Less than 3 years performing duties in the functional description.

Desired Experience: At least 1 year of experience managing travel and using the Defense Travel System (DTS).

Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, the candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Required Skills

Associates Degree preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent.
