Description:
• Metalworking Expertise: Operate and maintain metal presses, welding equipment, and powder coating systems.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and quality.
• Capital Projects: Plan, manage, and execute capital projects, including the installation and upgrading of machinery and equipment.
• Quality Control: Ensure all products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous testing and inspection.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers, production staff, and management to achieve company goals
