Senior Project Controls Analyst (Multiple Positions) (Stantec Consulting Services, Inc.; Lexington, KY): Work with project teams to ensure the correct utilization of the project control system based on engineering project specific requirements and corporate guidelines. Support planning and cost control of engineering projects to ensure data integrity. Prepare recommendations for action, including forecasting trends and developing a mitigation program. Work with project personnel to develop project forecasts and analyze project schedule and costs. Supervise supporting roles in the project schedule and cost control area. Liaise with clients to clarify cost related issues and prepare monthly invoices in conjunction with Accounts Department. Implement financial controls including controlling authorizations of expenditure and cash flow projections for engineering projects. Track and coordinate the progress of the project on a day-to-day basis to ensure that the project is on track by developing and maintaining detailed project schedules. Prepare engineering project budgets in conjunction with client and other team members. 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.).Requirements:Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field, and 6 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience; OR a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: Using Earned Value Management techniques to analyze project performance; Scheduling software including Primavera P6; Forecasting and cost management, variance analysis, and risk mitigation; and Proposal development for engineering projects.Telecommuting permitted 2 days a week, depending on business need.
