Solar Energy Solutions Customer Service Representative in Lexington, Kentucky

As a Customer Service Representative at Solar Energy Solutions, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clients. We are looking for a friendly and reliable individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person

  • Assisting customers with product information, order status, and billing inquiries

  • Providing solutions and resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner

  • Maintaining customer call logs

  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently

  • Providing feedback to improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements
