Physical Requirements
May require sitting for long periods, using a computer for extended periods, and going from place to place on campus. Occasionally will travel off campus.
Shift
Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm usually, occasionally requires more hours outside that period and on the weekends.
Job Summary
The Case Manager and Education Coordinator will play an integral role in Title IX Compliance by providing leadership and assistance to the Title IX Coordinator and Director of Investigations by ensuring that the appropriate supportive measures are provided to individuals working with Institutional Equity. This role will also support Institutional Equity by coordinating the AR 6:2 hearing process.

This position will provide supportive measures for individuals working with Institutional Equity through the administration of AR 6:1. This position is also responsible for coordinating pregnancy accommodations for students and religious accommodations for staff, faculty, and students. This position will work closely with campus partners to ensure individuals can access the appropriate campus resources. The incumbent must also have a working knowledge of Title VII, Title IX, and other federal and state civil rights laws and approach working with individuals who have experienced discrimination, harassment, or sexual misconduct with compassion.
The Case Manager and Education Coordinator will also be responsible for creating and providing training to the University community regarding discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct and developing a University training plan.
