COMMUNITY COUNSELING & CORRECTIONAL Mental Health Professional in LEWISTOWN, Montana

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The Mental Health Professional is primarily responsible for providing overall therapeutic and psychological programming for offenders at NEXUS.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

The position requires a Masters Degree in Social Work or a Masters Degree in Psychology/Counseling and Five (5) years experience in a Social Services Counseling Position, a Case-Management Position, or a Correctional Program Administration Position and current Montana State Licensure as a LCSW or LCPC.

CONDITIONS OF WORK

Working conditions are inside in a climate-controlled environment with occasional background noise. Occasional travel may be required. The Mental Health Professional works five (5), eight (8)-hour shifts or four (4), ten (10)-hour shifts per week including afternoon and evening work. Considerable documentation and paperwork requirements exist.

STARTING SALARY

Starting salary is dependent upon experience and qualifications.
