What You’ll Do :
Provide compassionate caregiving and support to clients in facilities, engaging them in activities such as:
Vital Signs
Feeding
Personal Hygiene
Transfers
Ambulation
Tasks as outlined in Plan of Care
Partner with facility staff to ensure continuity of care.
