As a Technical Product Manager, you will be advancing the voice of the enterprise and making it easier for people to interact with their healthcare provider . The Technical Product Manager is essential for ensuring the next generation of Contact Center platforms at United Health Group is leading the industry. Working alongside the Contact Center Analytics and Automation team you’ll have the opportunity to manage both long and short-term projects effectively while working collaboratively in inter-departmental settings to accomplish critical business goals. Primary Responsibilities of the Technical Product Manager:
• Facilitate Key Program Events: Organize and facilitate key product and program events such as PI (Program Increment) Planning and road mapping events
• Support Teams: Act as a servant leader and coach for the ART, helping teams deliver value and ensuring smooth delivery of products and programs
• Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency across the teams
• Risk Management: Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and dependencies that could impact the delivery of key product deliverables
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging teams to reflect and improve their processes
• Problem-Solving: Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes within the teams
• Impediment Removal: Help teams identify and remove impediments and blockers that hinder their progress
• Update program artifacts: Within devops tools ensure all artifacts are current

Required Qualifications of the Technical Product Manager:
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of software development processes, programming languages, and technologies
• Business Acumen: Ability to align technical aspects with business goals and customer needs. This involves strategic thinking, market analysis, and customer feedback integration
• Experience in agile frameworks It's beneficial to have experience working in a Lean-Agile environment. Roles such as Scrum Master or Agile Coach, Continuous Improvement Coah
• Soft Skills: Effective communication, leadership, facilitation, and problem-solving skills are crucial. An RTE needs to support team commitments, facilitate decision-making, and manage risk
Preferred Qualifications of the Technical Product Manager:
• Contact center technology experience
• Insurance Industry experience
• Program Management experience
