About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership presence, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with senior leadership and users of the Payment Integrity Content Library (PICL). Additionally, the candidate should have a deep understanding of Payment Integrity and the Performance Indicator (PI)framework and possess expertise in synthesizing complex data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

As the Senior Data Analyst , you will be responsible for analyzing data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and insights. You will connect the dots between different data elements to provide a comprehensive understanding of the business landscape. You will collaborate with senior leadership to present findings and propose data-driven strategies. Utilizing the PI framework, you will assess performance and identify areas for improvement. You will work closely with analytics and reporting teams across the Payment Integrity organization to join data with PICL and uncover actionable insights and recommendations.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize and interpret complex data. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential to effectively report on and communicate the content story to senior leadership. You should be proficient indata analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel, and have experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Experience with data automation processes is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Take a data-driven approach to analyzing data from PICL to identify patterns, trends, and insights.

• Connect PICL data points with other data sources and reports across PI to provide a comprehensive understanding of the business landscape.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to present findings and propose growth strategies.

• Utilize Performance Indicator framework to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Work with analytics and reporting teams across Payment Integrity team to complete the data story and provide actionable recommendations.

• Create reports and visualizations to communicate key insights to senior leadership.

• Perform data automation processes to streamline analysis and reporting.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

• Proven extensive experience in data analysis, preferably in a leadership-facing role.

• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to synthesize and interpret complex data, proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools, knowledge of data analysis techniques and methodologies, familiarity with data automation processes, excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong leadership presence, client-facing skills, ability to work with complex data sets, attention to detail, ability to think critically and strategically, excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, proactive and result-oriented mindset.

• Software Proficiency: Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Certifications in data analysis, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), are desirable.

• Experience working in Payment Integrity or claims administration.
