JOB DESCRIPTION: Marketing Manager Poland
As a Marketing Manager at ASSA ABLOY Poland, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive marketing plans and budgets. This critical role involves strategic planning, meticulous budgeting, and continuous monitoring and control to ensure that marketing initiatives align with business objectives and deliver optimal results.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop a comprehensive marketing plan that outlines strategic initiatives, target audiences, key messages, and desired outcomes.
Follow the market research to identify opportunities, threats, and competitive positioning.
Set clear, measurable objectives that align with business goals and drive marketing success.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and finance, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
Communicate marketing plans, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Foster a collaborative environment to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager for ASSA ABLOY EEC to implement and measure campaign performance.
Report to Managing Director ASSA ABLOY POLAND.
Provide regular reports on campaign results, explaining both positive and negative outcomes.
Maintain a deep knowledge of marketing campaigns and their performance in the chosen markets.
Offer onsite marketing support for sales and product management stakeholders, ensuring alignment with current and new product materials and web content.
Cross-Department Cooperation:
Collaborate with all Assa Abloy departments to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
Ensure ASSA ABLOY brand guidelines are communicated, implemented, and monitored across all EEC channels.
Brand Management:
Act as a brand guardian, ensuring the ASSA ABLOY brand strategy is consistently implemented.
Oversee brand representation across all websites, POS, and other marketing materials.
Media and Asset Management:
Determine the appropriate use of assets across various media types (web, social networks, display, etc.).
Ensure final assets meet quality standards and challenge marketing performance according to ASSA ABLOY EMEIA guidelines.
Campaign Support:
Localize and prepare the production and coordination of promotional materials.
Gather and disseminate necessary information for campaigns, news, and new features.
Support agencies and suppliers with the knowledge and tools needed to achieve campaign goals.
Implementation and Coordination:
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute the marketing plan effectively.
Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaigns, adhering to set timelines and quality standards.
Monitor the progress of marketing initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track with goals and budgets.
Performance Monitoring:
Continuously track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and KPIs.
Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and enhance future campaigns.
Data Analysis:
Analyze sales data to inform and improve marketing activities.
Communicate findings with business unit managers, project managers, account managers, and sellers.
Share best practices and successful strategies across markets to enhance overall performance.
Assist with evaluating marketing data for all EEC markets and their sellers.
Budget Development:
Create detailed marketing budgets that allocate resources effectively across various channels and initiatives.
Ensure budget alignment with overall business strategy and marketing objectives.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate with vendors to maximize budget efficiency.
Implement effective budget tracking tools and processes to maintain financial discipline.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks associated with marketing activities and develop mitigation plans.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and brand guidelines in all marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in developing and managing comprehensive marketing plans and budgets.
Deep knowledge of online and offline marketing tools.
Proficient in online marketing channels (Social, SEO, SEM) and their tracking tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully coordinating multiple initiatives.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), budget tracking software, and MS Office.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
Previous experience in multinational organizations is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
Strong understanding of the Polish market is a must, and knowledge of ASSA ABLOY products is a plus.
