We are seeking to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN. Full and Part-Time, Days, Evenings and Nights Starting at \$30 per hour plus additional for experience and shift diffs \$1,200 Sign-On Bonus Excellent staff retention Earn up to 30 days of PTO We pay 80% of health insurance premiums The only Faith-Based Skilled Nursing Facility in Berkshire County LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Nursing License - LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse in MA. BLS Certification required. Nursing Home: 1 year (Preferred). Must be able to supervise and delegate. LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Introduction: Assist Unit/Shift Supervisor in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the nursing unit activities. LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Job Summary: Assist Unit/Shift Supervisor in problem identification and development of correction plans. Check all ill residents early in the shift, make periodic assessments, report changes. Assess resident care needs for Minimum Data Set, Resident Assessment protocols and Interdisciplinary care plans. Report resident condition changes and document in Medical Record. Administer and record prescribed medications and treatments.
