Job Title: General Laborer
Job Description
Seeking a diligent candidate to ensure the safe operation of machinery, adhere to safety procedures, and maintain the cleanliness of machines and surrounding areas. This role involves preparing machines for start-up and shutdown daily, following the production schedule closely, maintaining inventory of supplies, and tracking scrap quantities. The successful candidate will also perform operator adjustments, conduct quality checks, and make repairs to machines as necessary. Effective communication with team members is essential to ensure the seamless completion of work. The role also includes participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance work processes and product quality.
