As an Electrical Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of field operations in our national industrial group. This position will primarily focus on upgrades to industrial manufacturing facilities, including but not limited to food/beverage, ethanol, manufacturing, mining and similar industries. Key tasks include project takeoffs, reviewing set of prints, completing look ahead schedules, managing material ordering, and working closely with the foreman to manage crews and pull schedules. You will be the primary on-site superintendent, overseeing two leads/foreman. In addition, you will enforce safety regulations and foster a culture of workplace safety.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Lenexa, Kansas.
Work Environment
This role involves extensive field work with frequent travel across the south. You will be working on industrial upgrades for various industries such as Goodyear, Food/Beverage, grain elevators, mining etc. You will have the opportunity to oversee multiple crews on major projects, manage material procurement and requisition needs, establish workflows, and ensure projects remain on track. You will also be required to enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of workplace safety.
