As a byte Inside Sales Associate, you will be the welcome call to our patients after they have ordered their Impression Kit! Your mission will be to manage your respective accounts and motivate your patients to send their kits back. Every single lead is a HOT lead and you will be working directly with customers who have already purchased our kits! You are eyes and ears of byte. You will consult with our prospective patients and lead them through the journey of prospect to a satisfied customer.

Who You Are:
6 months to 1 year of sales experience or 1 to 2 years of customer service experience.
Understanding the concept of using motivational tactics to teach customers why their new smile is invaluable to them and their confidence.
Master at overcoming objections in order to get impression kits back.
Prior utilization of Five9 and SalesForce gets bonus points.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and a dedication to putting team first.

The base salary and variable compensation for this role is between $37,500 and $60,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
