Ecobrite Franchising, LLC in Lehi, Utah seeks for a full-time Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will provide sales and marketing support for our company with the following duties: Assist w/ planning, organizing, creating, and executing marketing activities for Ecobrite's clients/franchisees; Establish positioning, identify target market, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments; Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking analysis to optimize accordingly; Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, and email campaigns; Ensure that all content aligns with the company's brand voice and marketing objectives; Gather customer and market insights to inform strategies, increase client conversion, and generate more qualified leads; Develop and order marketing materials; and Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and management, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals. Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm, off Sat. and Sun. Requirements: Associates degree in digital marketing or social media marketing or a closely related field.
