JobNimbus Associate Account Manager in Lehi, Utah

Mission:

Proactively save customers threatening to churn, manage the initiation and termination of subscriptions within stripe, conduct month-end audits, closely monitor churn and cancellation trends to ensure customer retention and operational accuracy, while maintaining a Book of Business for our foundation clients 

What is required for this role that makes you a hero:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field

  • Proven track record in reducing customer churn and improving customer retention

  • Experience with subscription management platforms, particularly Stripe

  • Experience conducting audits and ensuring operational accuracy

  • Preferred degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to processes 

  • Ability to analyze churn and cancellation trends and develop strategies to mitigate them

    What you’ll be doing: 

  • Proactively engage with customers to reduce churn by identifying and addressing their concerns

  • Manage subscription processes, including initiating and terminating accounts as needed.

  • Conduct monthly audits to ensure accuracy in subscription data and adherence to cancellation policies

  • Analyst churn and cancellation trends, developing and implementing strategies to improve retention 

  • Maintain and regularly interact with a Book of Business to build strong client relationships

    Measurables:

  • Decrease quarterly churn by 5% 

  • Maintain a 95% adherence to cancellation processes 

  • 100% Monthly audits completed 

  • Achieve 75% meeting rate with BoB

  • Analyze churn and cancellation trends, developing and implementing strategies to improve retention

  • Maintain and regularly interact with a Book of Business to build strong client relationships.
