Position Description:
CGI Federal has an immediate need for a ServiceNow Developer with 8+ years of IT Experience with 3-5+ years of ServiceNow development experience. This role requires a strong foundation in ServiceNow configuration and web development experience. You will be required to design, architect and optimize ServiceNow applications as well as lead business development activities related to ServiceNow by working in close interaction with the Leads, Business Analysts and other members of the solution team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting multiple user groups and customers. We take an innovative approach to supporting our clients, working side-by-side in an agile environment using emerging technologies.
This position is located in our client's office in Leesburg, VA; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. You will be required to be in our Leesburg, VA office two days per week
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Overall design of application and mapping client business requirements from the project team to systems/technical requirements.
• Work with clients to assess current state processes and tools
• Identify ServiceNow platform solution options
• Define ServiceNow solution requirements
• Determine and define integration requirements
• Develop overall architecture and implementation plans.
• Support business development and proposal efforts with ServiceNow related inputs
• Scope and deliver Proof of Concept / Proof of Value engagements with prospects
• Support practice build efforts to include development of practice intellectual property (IP)
• Recognize and develop opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform.
• Provide expert level support and technical mentoring to implementation team
• Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow’s capabilities and constraints
• Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert at Executive briefings/marketing
• Develop and present business case material for senior prospect and customer stakeholders.
• Create and deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in the IT industry
• 3 - 5 experience with ServiceNow (Customer Service Management)
• At least one ServiceNow implementation from inception to delivery
• Prior experience with ITSM tools
• Experience working with Agile teams
• Experience with JavaScript
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
• 3 - 5 experience with ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, HR or other modules)
• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, and familiarity with UI, SQL, HTML and CSS.
• Knowledge of XML and structural programming concepts.
• Prior experience with ITSM tools such as Remedy preferred
• Advanced problem-solving ability.
• ServiceNow ServicePortal Micro-Certification
• Knowledge of Responsive Design
• Understanding of UX best practices
• Experience with process flow documentation creation
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or Certified Application Developer and/or Certified Implementation Specialist

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $78,400.00 - $154,300.00.
