Aston Carter Accounts Receivable Specialist in LEE'S SUMMIT, Missouri
Aston Carter is working with a rapidly growing company that is hiring for an Accounts Receivable Specialist! They are needing someone with construction industry experience and has worked with AIA billing and WIP.
Job Description:
Prepare customer invoices including contract AIA invoicing and T&M
Verify T&M invoicing includes all costs
Ensure all required documents are included with invoice
Record cash receipts (ACH payments and checks received)
Send monthly statements to customers
Communicate regarding collections (aggressively in a professional manger)
Collect new customer information and set up in system
Manage customer accounts
Monthly RWIC division WIP reporting
Track RWIC purchase orders
Full cycle accounts receivable
Improve AR processes and efficiencies where needed
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of accounts receivable experience required
Construction experience highly preferred
AIA billing experience preferred
WIP experience preferred
