Study Group Temporary Admin Assistant in Leeds, United Kingdom

Contract type: Zero hours contract, Ongoing full time admin support is required

Location:Leeds, Leeds International Study Centre

Salary: £12.50 per hour

As this role is working in Education Ideally you will be signed up to the DBS update service as we are looking for someone to start asap

Leeds International Study Centre and its programmes are provided by Study Group in collaboration with the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University. 

Reporting to the Head of Registry and Operations you will be a member of the Registry & Operations Department with administrative duties.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Duties to include:

  • Responding to student enquiries via phone calls/emails

  • Collecting and maintaining Student Data within a variety of spreadsheets/computer systems

  • Assisting with organizing and the running of student events and activities

  • Assisting with the completion of student university applications

  • Assisting with the creation of student analysis data

  • General administrative duties

  • Other tasks to support the Student Experience Team

    ABOUT YOU

  • GCSE - including Maths & English A-C/9-4 Or equivalent.

  • Experience of working within administration
