YOUR TEAM

  • The UK Business Administration team is the backbone of the UKWSP business and is vital to the smooth running ofthe business. With clearly defined career pathways and exciting opportunities to develop, the team is made up of a Business Support team consisting of Team Leaders, Business Support Administrators (including travel and accessibility specialists), Graphics and Concierge. We have Personal Assistant network too.

  • As a Business Support Administrator, you will report to a Business Support Team Leader.

  • You will be able to meet your colleagues (remotely and in person), share tips and best practice, proactively contribute to ensuring a safe and healthy working environment, and get involved in new initiatives and ideas.

You will be required to work from the office full time due to the nature of the role.

  • Professional administrator. Expert problem solver. Impeccable organiser. These are just a few attributes of a WSP Business Support Administrator.

  • Responsible for providing a professional and effective administrative and business support service.

  • You will be required to collaborate with multiple teams across the business to successfully support a range of requests.

  • You will engage with colleagues to fulfil a range of support requests and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and performance standards are met.

  • This is an exciting and varied role, and a snapshot of your typical tasks might include (but are not restricted to);

  • Preparation of presentations, documents, reports and work winning material to a high standard in line with WSP brand guidelines.

  • Purchases and system support

  • HR tasks, for example onboarding and inductions.

  • Coordinate events, meetings, socials, travel bookings and logistics

  • Support the Concierge team with telephones and cover during absences, by assisting in delivering a positive visitor experience, through welcoming visitors.

  • Provide a high standard of client and employee care by proactively dealing with queries or issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Act as the first point of contact for questions and queries and provide support in relation to current systems, policies, procedures and business continuity.

  • Administration tasks including large printing, binding, photocopying, and raising support tickets.

  • You will gain invaluable insight and experience of working for one of the world's leading engineering professional services firms and will work with internal stakeholders across our many and varied different functions and projects.

  • An eye for detail, can communicate effectively, can work independently and efficiently.

  • A flexible and adaptable approach
