ManpowerGroup Critical Facility Operating Engineer in Lebanon, Ohio

Our client, a leading commercial property management company specializing in real estate, is seeking a Critical Facility Operating Engineer to join their team. As a Critical Facility Operating Engineer, you will be part of the Facilities Management team supporting critical infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Critical Facility Operating Engineer

Location: Lebanon, OH

What's the Job?

  • Responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and performing preventive maintenance on all building systems to ensure 100% uptime.

  • Analyze the operation of various systems, determine the cause of any problems, and take corrective action as required.

  • Manage work orders, including CMMS, vendor management, and customer-facing tickets.

  • Comply with departmental policies for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.

  • Learn and understand the data center site to manage incidents and events that could jeopardize critical systems.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Experience maintaining critical facility equipment such as electrical systems, HVAC generators, cooling systems, power distribution systems etc.

  • Ability to diagnose problems, make sound decisions, and prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Proficient computer skills including email, Word, and Excel.
