Avera Marshall Desktop Support Technician in Le Mars, Iowa
Be a part of the team at Floyd Valley Healthcare in our Information Technology Department! Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA has a full-time position (40 hours per week) in our Information Technology Department for a Desktop Support Technician.

Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. No weekends or holidays.
Desktop Support Tech is responsible for the planning, installation and trouble-shooting PC’s and hardware components.
Will assist with the maintenance of other software and hardware and services supported by Information Services.
Research and analyze new technologies – hardware and software and make appropriate recommendations.
Monitor inventories of hardware and software.
Able to operate the file server.
Requirements:
An associate’s degree in a computer-related field is desired or equivalent experience.
2 years of experience in a related field.
Mandatory Reporter training certificate a plus; certification is required as an employee.
