Robert Half HR Manager in Lawrenceville, New Jersey

Description

Robert Half is searching for a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our client's team in the Lawrenceville, New Jersey area. The HR Manager will be accountable for managing all facets of human resources practices and processes such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, HR policy development and implementation, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This role is based in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes

• Manage recruitment processes to attract and retain high-quality employees

• Handle employee relations and resolve any issues that may arise

• Oversee performance management systems to ensure employees are meeting their performance objectives

• Develop and implement training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge

• Administer compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain high-quality employees

• Develop and implement HR policies to create a fair and transparent work environment

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to human resources

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now – HRIS to manage HR processes and pull reports

• Handle vendor negotiations and run full benefits open enrollment.

Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now

• Proficiency in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Familiarity with Ceridian HRMS system

• Knowledge of About Time software

• Experience in Benefit Functions

• Demonstrated skills in Compensation Administration

• Proficiency in Compliance and regulatory matters

• Experience in Employee Relations

• Strong ability to use HRMS for HR functions
