Located in Lavonia, GA- PRN day shift

Evaluates and treats patients referred by a licensed physician in accordance with the Practice Act for the State of Georgia, the Guidelines for Professional Conduct of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), and the APTA Guide to Professional Practice. Actively supervises and participates in the care of patients treated by Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants and Athletic Trainers. Complies with hospital policies and supports the mission and values of the hospital.

Position Requirements :

A: Licensure/Certification/Registration : The Physical Therapist must be duly licensed by the Georgia State Board of Physical Therapy.

B. Education: The Physical Therapist must be a graduate of an APTA or other accredited school of Physical Therapy. Physical Therapists may have Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degrees.
