Our client, in Laurel, MS is seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a HR Admin Asst, you will be part of the HR Department. The ideal candidate will be professional and have strong organization skills in order to align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HR Administrative Assistant

Location: Laurel, Mississippi

Pay Range: $20.00-$23.00

What’s the Job?

  • Recording new hire information into database.

  • Ensure all HR files and records are maintained with legal requirements and company policies.

  • Prepare recruitment lists and job openings

  • Complete misc research, reports and memos.

  • Maintain professional working relations with applicants, visitors, callers, and business professionals.

  • Assist with training new employees.

What’s Needed?

  • HS graduate or equivalent

  • 3-5 years experience preferred

  • Understanding of human resource functions

  • Knowledge of all related computer applications

  • Well organized and accurate with attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and public relations abilities

  • Strong typing and computer application skills.
