Intelink Services provide interagency information sharing, content discovery, and collaboration capabilities on the IC system domains to the IC and its partners in Defense, Homeland Security, Foreign Affairs, and Law Enforcement.
AT&T has an opening for a Windows System Administrator to support Public Sector Solutions.
Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Required skills:
Must be proficient in Windows based operating systems.
Monitor servers for health and status.
Provides Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.
User account administration.
Ability to prepare technical documentation (i.e. SOPs, wikis, etc).
Knowledge of system security controls.
Ability to provide Windows tech support to team members, including multiple development teams.
Work to be performed in Laurel, MD.
Desired skills:
Automated instance provisioning (Deploy via Kickstart, VMWare template, AWS AMI).
Experience building, configuring, and maintaining Windows platforms (physical and/or virtual).
Experience with or understanding of services such as DNS, DHCP, NFS, Active Directory, group policies, OUs, vSphere, VMWare Horizon, Citrix.
Experience with AWS Cloud and Services.
Experience with scripting and patching.
Pro-active and self-motivated.
Quick learner.
Ability to follow instructions and excellent communicator.
Required Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph. (#ts/sci) (#polygraph)
Required Qualifications: No demonstrated experience is required. Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. Certifications: Compliance with DoD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAT Level I (SEC+, A+, NET+, CCNA)

Our System Administrator (SA0) (Government) earns between $79,300 - $136,400 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
