Intelink Services provide interagency information sharing, content discovery, and collaboration capabilities on the IC system domains to the IC and its partners in Defense, Homeland Security, Foreign Affairs, and Law Enforcement.

AT&T has an opening for a ServiceNow Developer to support Public Sector Solutions.

Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • The ServiceNow candidate will configure/customize the ServiceNow system, including creating workflows.

  • Build service requests from customer requirements.

  • Use scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to create script to automate rote tasks being done in ServiceNow.

  • Work with IT managers to generate views and reports as needed.

  • Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data, and monitor health, usage and overall compliance of the application.

  • Knowledge and use of JavaScript.

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.

  • Self-motivated and willing to independently learn new technologies and skills.

  • Strong desire to learn and grow.

Required Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph. (#ts/sci) (#polygraph)

Required Qualifications: No demonstrated experience is required. Bachelors degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. DoD 8570 Compliance with IAM level 1 is required.

Our ServiceNow Developer SE0 earns between $89,200- 94,903 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
