Job Summary

We are seeking a Program Financial Planning Analyst (PFA) will play a key role in assisting with the planning, organizing and the successful execution of key revenue projects. You will provide meaningful forward-looking direction to the program managers, develop key scenarios, identify risks and uncertainties, and work with program management to develop potential mitigation plans. You will also assist in developing and maintaining management reports using Costpoint/COGNOS.

  • Project budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, reporting, establishing/managing program cost baselines
  • Maintain project tracking spreadsheets to record actuals and forecast; maintain project Estimates to Complete (ETC) and Estimates at Completion (EAC)
  • Provide support to Project Managers in the preparation and analysis of project financialdataand other contract, project, or business-related tasks
  • Closely interface with Program Managers, Planning, Accounting, and co-workers on all cost issues
  • Monitor program direct cost charging and General Ledger for any cost posting errors
  • Ad-hoc cost and performance analysis
