We have an outstanding Contract position for aFinancial Administratorto join a leading Company located inLaurel, MD (hybrid).
US Citizenship is required.
2-3 months assignment
Hybrid: Work onsite and remote
Our Business, Construction, and Facilities Department Office Financial Operations Section is seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Financial Administrator for a short-term project.
Responsibilities :
Manage invoicing for end-of-year fiscal processing
Manage approvals for invoices
Data Entry
Review purchase orders, invoices, and spreadsheets for completeness and accuracy,
Maintain confidentiality
Basic Hiring Criteria :
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be a U.S. Citizen due to work location requirements
Two or more years of experience in office administration
Experience in accounting and working with spreadsheets
Must have strong attention to detail
Must have strong communication skills
Strong personal computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Willingness to work independently and collaboratively as appropriate
