We have an outstanding Contract position for aConstruction Escortto join a leading Company located in theLaurel, MDsurrounding area.
We are seeking a Construction Escort to help us with the construction, alteration, repair, and modification of items and structures on the Campus. You'll be joining a team of hardworking construction specialists who improve the quality of the work environment.
Responsibilities :
Escort non-customer employees to and from various work locations on campus
Monitor the work of all non-customer employees such that they are within your line of sight
Interact with the construction team on site for numerous roof repair projects
Work with our Security team to learn and understand the customer security and escort process
Operate customer vehicles as needed
Basic Hiring Criteria :
High School Diploma or equivalent
Possess effective verbal and written communication skills, and have experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Possess a valid state of residence driver's license; the selected candidate will be subject to a motor vehicle record check
Have some construction job site experience
Essential to the function of this job is the ability to climb stairs and work at heights (i.e., on roofs or other elevated surfaces/structures)
This position may require the operation of customer vehicles
This job will require the use of safety shoes, safety glasses, and other personal protective and safety equipment as required for the work being performed
