Summary:
Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures. Serves Cocktail servers and guests. Delivers exceptional guest service as defined by the company. Ensure all product is stored properly at the end of each shift. Maintains correct inventory and logs inventory as needed. Works independently under the management of the Beverage department. Follows all operating procedures, safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the highest level of guest service while observing responsible beverage service
- Provide requested beverage cocktail and/or recipe preparation and delivery cordially to guests and/or beverage servers
- Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures
- Maintains cleanliness and hygiene of work area, bar tops, floors, and line equipment
- Receives, issues, and keeps necessary records of liquor and other bar supplies
- Refills and stocks garnishes and glassware
- Follows cash handling and Info Genesis POS procedures
- Follows cash and comp procedures
- Maintain stocked supplies and cleanliness of assigned outlet
- Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the position
- Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the companys guest service culture standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
