Successful candidates will provide outstanding guest service to all internal and external guests and have a working knowledge of Micros and Point of Sale (P.O.S.) systems. Good working knowledge of accepted standards of sanitation. Possess the ability to read, write, speak the English language. Math skill for assisting in preparation in requisitions and inventories if and as needed; basic mathematical skills necessary to obtain/make change from dispatch Cage and understand portion sizes. While performing the duties of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation, the Employee is regularly required to see, talk, hear and to stand for extended periods of time, walk, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools and controls; able operate equipment including ice shovel, blender, glass washer, and liquor, soda and juice guns. Also mop, mop bucket, and broom as needed; able to lift 50 lbs. Ability to grasp, bend, lift, and/or carry or otherwise move or push goods on a cart/ice cart weighing a maximum of 150 lbs. Sufficient, manual dexterity of hand in order to use shovel, knives, cork screw, and glasses. Ability to climb stairs and walk to a maximum of 3 miles per sift for 98% of shift. Abide by all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverage service to minors and intoxicated guests; report all suspicious persons or activities, hazardous conditions to supervisor, Security, or Safety personnel. Provide instruction and/or guidance for guest/employee safety in fire/emergency situations. Abide by all State and Corporate gaming regulations pertaining to the presence of minors in gaming areas. Ability to obtain/renew all government required licenses or certification; able to verify right to work in the U.S. Duties: Take orders, prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages courteously and efficiently according to department specifications. Operate cash register. Maintain stock/supplies and cleanliness of outlet and equipment. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
