What is the job?

  • Cut, assemble, glue, tape, stack, pack, wrap and prepare labels

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Other duties may be assigned, including cross­training and/or working in other departments.

Experience Needed?

  • Must be able to work scheduled hours and overtime any day including Saturday.

  • Able to show up on time with limited call offs.

  • Ability to add and subtract multiple digit numbers and to multiply and divide multiple digit numbers. y

  • Ability to read tape measure to 1/16 inch.

  • Ability to read prints, cut sheets, apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions & pay attention to detail.

  • Basic knowledge of machine operations, computers & able to troubleshoot.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands & arms to handle foam.

  • The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance

  • The employee must regularly lift and /or move 50 pounds or more.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

  • Willingness to learn all aspects of the manufacturing process & be flexible.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & work well with others.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles.

  • The employee may be exposed to risk of electrical shock if safety procedures are not followed.

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
