Employee Experience Specialist Location - Remote within the US (Prefer eastern US)

Position Summary As an Employee Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our organization's culture transformation, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and other engagement activities. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Employee Experience, this position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in culture transformation, diversity and inclusion, and organizational development. You will work closely with the members of the Talent and Organizational Effectiveness team and the global HR (Human Resources) team. What You'll Accomplish Culture Transformation Support: Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cultural improvement and implement innovative solutions. Conduct research on best practices in culture transformation and provide insights to support decision-making processes. Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives: Support the planning and execution of diversity and inclusion programs, events, and workshops. Assist in the development of training materials and resources to promote diversity awareness and cultural competency. Help analyze diversity metrics and contribute to the creation of reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Engagement Activities: Participate in employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale, productivity, and retention. Contribute ideas for team-building activities, recognition programs, and other initiatives to foster a sense of belonging. Assist in gathering feedback from employees to assess the effectiveness of engagement efforts and make recommendations for enhancement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, diversity and inclu ion committees, and other stakeholders to align initiatives with organizational goals. Collaborate with departments across the company to integrate diversity and inclusion principles into various processes and practices. Serve as a liaison between employees and management to ensure that diverse perspectives are represented and valued.

What We're Looking For Someone who currently has or is pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Sociology, Diversity Studies, or related field who is: Passionate about promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, Has strong networking skills and ability to build trust and empathy with employees, teams, and leaders to promote an inclusive, performance-driven culture. Has a foundational understanding of different dimensions of diversity and inclusive cultures. Has strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization. Has an analytical mindset, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive decision-making. Proactive and solution-oriented, solid analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically. Has a keen understanding of the foundational concepts of change management and how to apply them Experience with (hard skills and soft skills) Experience in collecting, reviewing, and organizing data reporting and analysis, using data to tell a story and translate data into impactful reports; ability to create content is a plus. Demonstrated ability to communicate with excellent verbal, written, and listening skills, high level of emotional competency and energy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Office, Teams, Outlook, etc.) Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Required Qualifications Project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute complex DEIB initiatives, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines. Physical Aspects/Work Environment This role is fully remote. The ability to work from a home-office location is required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position for up to eight hours.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Sociology, Diversity Studies, or related field 3+ years of experience working on cultural transformations such as DEIB, change initiatives or other transferable experience within a professional setting
