MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in learning and development, especially within HR? Even better.
  • Experience developing HR-related learning programs? Youll be a star!
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required
  • Top-tier communication skills - whether you're talking or typing, you're a pro.
  • A knack for presenting and organizing - you'll be the one keeping everyone on track.
  • Experience with a variety of multimedia learning platforms.
  • An ability to research and find the best learning options that suit our unique needs.
  • Creativity to design and implement highly effective learning programs.
  • A mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (and a few other software tools we love).
  • A flexible schedule because sometimes the best learning happens outside of 9-5.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

  • Design and deliver top-notch learning experiences for management, employees, and new hires across our multi-unit and corporate teams.
  • Develop and lead engaging new hire orientations, ensuring a seamless introduction to our company culture and values.
  • Get creative! Develop interactive and engaging learning programs that promote team member growth.
  • Create leadership development programs that empower our future leaders to thrive.
  • Collaborate with department managers and experts to craft the perfect learning solutions.
  • Use surveys, interviews, and focus groups to discover what kind of learning opportunities our team craves.
  • Lead annual training sessions on the Employee Handbook to keep everyone informed and compliant.
  • Create and present content using various cool methods - think simulations, micro-learning, group discussions, and more!
  • Keep track of all learning activities, results, and what might need a little extra attention.
  • Stay up to date with the latest learning trends and ensure our programs are relevant and impactful.
  • Manage the learning budget like a pro and keep an eye on expenses.
  • Perform other fun and exciting duties that come your way!
