We are now accepting applications for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team located in Las Vegas, NV.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for the day to day routine maintenance of assigned facilities, include scheduling, coordinating, and performing maintenance tasks
Evaluating, repairing, and maintaining plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC systems in the building. (Certification in a least one maintenance field is preferred).
Communicate daily with a facility's management about issues in company buildings
The core specialties requiring proficiency will include electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, locks & keys, vault doors, drive up equipment, security, and fire alarms.
Other responsibilities will include facilitating scheduled preventive and deferred maintenance, with vendors if necessary, on systems unique to each property.
Requires operating a motor vehicle and maintaining a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Travel to Northern Nevada and rural area branches will be required on an as needed basis.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1+ years of maintenance work, including electrical, plumbing, HVA, carpentry, or other directly related experience.
Must have a current driver's license and a clean driving record to be able to drive company vehicles.
Good working knowledge of commercial building maintenance (2 - 4 years preferred).
Working knowledge of operation for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, locks and keys, drive up equipment, vault doors, time locks, and bank security equipment.
Excellent customer service skills and able to communicate with vendors and other colleagues effectively.
Understanding or willing to learn current computer technology with ability to use excel, word, and other application systems.
Must have strong organizational skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Must have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
The ability to prioritize a heavy volume of small unrelated requests from a variety of sources.
Able to learn Video conferencing installs and systems.
High School diploma or equivalent.
