We are now accepting applications for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team located in Las Vegas, NV.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for the day to day routine maintenance of assigned facilities, include scheduling, coordinating, and performing maintenance tasks

  • Evaluating, repairing, and maintaining plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC systems in the building. (Certification in a least one maintenance field is preferred).

  • Communicate daily with a facility's management about issues in company buildings

  • The core specialties requiring proficiency will include electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, locks & keys, vault doors, drive up equipment, security, and fire alarms.

  • Other responsibilities will include facilitating scheduled preventive and deferred maintenance, with vendors if necessary, on systems unique to each property.

  • Requires operating a motor vehicle and maintaining a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

  • Travel to Northern Nevada and rural area branches will be required on an as needed basis.

  • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of maintenance work, including electrical, plumbing, HVA, carpentry, or other directly related experience.

  • Must have a current driver's license and a clean driving record to be able to drive company vehicles.

  • Good working knowledge of commercial building maintenance (2 - 4 years preferred).

  • Working knowledge of operation for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, locks and keys, drive up equipment, vault doors, time locks, and bank security equipment.

  • Excellent customer service skills and able to communicate with vendors and other colleagues effectively.

  • Understanding or willing to learn current computer technology with ability to use excel, word, and other application systems.

  • Must have strong organizational skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Must have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

  • The ability to prioritize a heavy volume of small unrelated requests from a variety of sources.

  • Able to learn Video conferencing installs and systems.

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
