Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages the operations of multiple concession stands and bar locations while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours
Ensure all stations are set-up and ready for service and events
Supervise operations before, during and after service and events. Hold pre-shift meetings to set the tone for service and events
Troubleshoot where needed, including re-stocking of concessions and bars to maximize service and event readiness
Oversee service standards during events to ensure a high level guest experience. Manage and resolve guest complaints.
Ensure all appropriate alcohol service signage is in place and that Responsible Service of Alcohol protocols are followed
Manage team member incidents/accidents and follow all required safety and reporting procedures
Proactively engaging in processes for loss prevention
Acts with a sense of urgency and provides friendly, efficient and hospitable service to teammates and guests
Adheres to Levy Restaurants Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook
Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas
Communicates guest issues to management
Other duties and tasks as assigned by Management
Skills and Qualifications Required:
Must have 2-4 years' previous experience in the fast food service industry
At least 1-3 years of leadership experience
Basic knowledge of SNHD rules and regulations
Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
Strong communication skills; ability to effectively listen and communicate with guests; retain and communicate menu information and service preferences
Ability to interact with co-workers and management staff in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focus on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment
Ability to operate Point of Sales computer system accurately
Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as they relate to POS transactions and product inventory
Able to communicate effectively by speaking, writing and comprehending English
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess a health and TAM card
Requires the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements:
Frequently reaches, lifts, stoops, bends and cleans to maintain service areas
Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs for set-up, service and clean-up
Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as the work duties demand
Uniform:
Adheres to location appearance guidelines
Black dress pants belted at the waist
Cannot be jeans, cargo pants or spandex. Must be black. No shorts.
All other personal appearance guidelines must be followed as stated in the Levy Handbook
