Are you a self-starter but also great in a team setting with superb attention to detail? Then you may be a perfect fit for this temporary Accounts Payable Clerk role with potential of permanency. We are currently representing a well established company who is seeking an addition to their team. As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be in charge of AP invoicing with accuracy in a fast-pace environment.
salary: $20 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Receives, verifies and matches invoices to supporting documentation prior to processing for payment
Inputs and codes invoices into a computerized accounting system to process for payment
Matches paid invoices to the check runs
Verifies the mailing address on the checks and matches them to the address on the invoices
Prepares invoices for electronic filing
Skills
AP (2 years of experience is required)
Invoices (1 year of experience is required)
