Robert Half Property Manager in Las Cruces, New Mexico


100% on site position in Las Cruces, NM. Must be vaccinated against COVID 19

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a role in property asset management in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The position involves overseeing local third-party property managers, conducting financial analysis and market studies, and implementing and monitoring asset programs. The role is within the Bookkeeping industry and will require a strong understanding of property management and asset management.


• Oversee local third-party property managers and meet with leasing agents as necessary

• Set objectives and goals for each property under management

• Participate in the preparation and approval process of property operating budgets

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on assigned property portfolio

• Conduct monthly reviews of operating statements

• Carry out due diligence in underwriting potential acquisitions

• Perform ad hoc financial analysis, market studies, and industry standard reporting

• Implement, negotiate, and monitor asset programs

• Increase asset and revenue values through the identification of savings and efficiencies

• Generate reports and perform analysis to identify potential loan delinquencies and revenue losses

• Review and update policies as necessary.


• Proficiency in property and asset management

• Ability to conduct ad hoc financial analysis

• Experience in collecting payments

• Proficiency in property accounting.

Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Asset Management

• Proven experience in Property Management

• Familiarity with Property Accounting principles and practices

• Previous experience in Collecting Payments

• Strong ability in conducting Ad Hoc Financial Analysis

• Proficiency in using accounting software

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Good verbal and written communication skills
