_Position Summary _
Maintains medical record integrity through filing and retrieving confidential patient records and radiology films.
_Minimum Qualifications__ _
- o Minimum Education:High School diploma or equivalent. Formal education in medical terminology or equivalent experience. o Minimum Experience:Medical office or Health Information Management Department experience preferred. Types 40 words per minute without errors. Proficient with use of numerical and alphabetical filing systems. Bilingual: English/Spanish speaking preferred. _EEOC Statement_
