Sanitization Technician - Largo, FL

Do you have experience in sanitization and disinfection procedures?
If so, Kelly Services is looking for a Sanitization Technician to join our team at one of our customer's facility in Largo, FL.
Responsibilities:
Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety SOP's, equipment, policies, and procedures.
Maintain a proactive mindset to achieve zero harm in the workplace.
Follow defined Quality Management Systems and complete all necessary documentation.
Ensure a continuous flow of the servicing line and work independently and as part of a team to achieve process yield results.
Receive and unpack incoming medical devices and assess proper disposition.
Utilize chemical solutions to disinfect and sanitize devices, production equipment, and the work environment.
Operate and monitor UV cleaning equipment.
Prepare cleaning and sanitizing solutions according to standard operating procedures.
May rotate into other areas such as assembly, repair, shipment preparation, and testing.
Provide training to employees as needed.
Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
Proficient computer skills.
Basic math skills.
Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, stooping, reaching, and lifting.
Ability to handle cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
Ability to occasionally handle medical devices that have come in contact with bodily fluids or insects.
Previous electrical mechanical assembly repair or testing experience preferred, but not required.
