Position- Runner
Facility Name- Sames Auto Arena
Location- Laredo, Texas
POSITION: Runner
DEPARTMENT: Food and Beverage
REPORTS TO: Director of Food and Beverage
Summary
ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for Runner for ASM Global /Sames Auto Arena. Responsible for stocking/rotating inventory for all concessions stands, portable carts, and bar locations. The work schedule is event driven and may require early morning, late night, and weekend shifts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include the following:
Filling requisitions and enters transfers for all locations
Rotating inventory by practicing FIFO (First In First Out)
Maintaining inventory and stock of all supplies at the locations listed above
Maintaining rules and regulations of Health and Sanitation Laws, as well as sale transfer/storage procedures
Maintaining, organizing, and cleaning the storerooms.
Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or 3-6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills and Abilities
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals is required.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide is required.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form is required.
Ability to communicate and execute instructions via radio is required.
Other Qualifications
Must have current ServSafe Certification.
