Job Description

This is a Limited Term position with a tentative end date of 9/30/2028.
This position serves as the administrator of Renewable Energy and Electrification Infrastructure Enhancement and Development (Renewable Energy EIED) Grant Program. Responsibilities of the Renewable Energy EIED Grant Administrator include overseeing the operations of the grant program by administering and monitoring the Renewable Energy EIED grants. This position is responsible to coordinate with Commission Staff in other divisions to review and grant proposal and evaluate the utility’s application for compliance with the filing requirements established by the Commission. This position will work with the section and other Commission Staff to track the implementation progress to achieving the goals of an approved grant. This position is responsible for the financial evaluation of organizations receiving EIED grants from the PSC. This position is responsible for completing monthly, year to date, and end of year reconciliations with external parties for each grantee.

Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school.
Experience
Four years of experience as an advanced 9-level worker in an ECP Group One classification.
OR
Three years of experience as an E9, E10, or E11-level worker in an ECP Group One classification.

Two years of experience as an experienced level worker in an ECP Group One technician or paraprofessional classification.
OR
Two years of experience as a first-line supervisor in an ECP Group Three classification.
OR
One year of experience as a second-line supervisor in an ECP Group Three classification.
*Paraprofessional classifications are those requiring an associate's degree or two years of college.
Educational Substitution
College credits may be substituted on a proportional basis (one year of college education may substitute for one quarter of the required experience) for up to one half of the required experience.

Paid Parental Leave:Eligible employees can take12 weeks of paid leaveimmediately after a birth or adoption to allow needed time together at home with a new child.
