Job Information
Morley Customer Service Case Analyst (Remote) in Lansing, Michigan
About the Role
Location: Remote – Michigan residents
Are you good at communicating with people and have a knack for handling the details? Would you like to work a Monday-through-Friday schedule from the comfort of your home? This could be a great opportunity for you!
As a remote Customer Service Case Analyst in Morley's reacquired vehicle management (RVM) group, you'll review cases to develop a timeline and full summary of the concerns and complaints regarding the vehicle. You'll use the information to come up with a recommendation on whether the vehicle should be bought back or if other options would be more appropriate.
While a background in banking, auto dealerships or accounting is helpful, it isn't necessary in order to be a great case analyst. We'll train you on everything you need to know.
What You'll Do
Reach out to auto dealerships
Use the auto manufacturer's systems to develop a timeline and full synopsis of vehicle concerns and complaints
Create a case assessment
Provide a recommendation to the case analyst team on whether a vehicle should be bought back or if other options are more appropriate to address the customer's complaint
Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude
What to Expect
Our Morley reacquired vehicle management team is one of the strongest in the business at handling vehicle buybacks, and has built the processes and relationships to make sure we can do this smoothly. It's a great group for growth, and is part of a company that offers strong health plans and financial benefits. We make sure you have the tools you need to be able to do your job right and stay connected with your team.
