Description
We are offering an exciting, long-term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resource Coordinator in the education sector, located in Lansdowne, Pennsylvania. As a Human Resource Coordinator this role involves working remotely, managing the recruitment process for our summer program, and ensuring alignment with our organization's mission.
What you get to do every single day:
• Conduct thorough reviews of resumes submitted for the summer program.
• Ensure that selected candidates align with the mission of our organization.
• Leverage your understanding of resumes to identify potential return candidates.
• Utilize software such as ADP Workforce Now, Google Suite, and Office Suite in managing HR tasks.
• Possible participation in the hiring panel, contributing to the decision-making process.
• Utilize your skills in ATS, Ceridian, Dayforce, About Time, and Auditing in managing Human Resource functions.
• Conduct necessary background checks as part of the recruitment process.
• Use your strong communication skills to interact with potential candidates and team members.
• Manage benefit functions as part of the HR role.
Requirements
Other requirements for the Human Resource Coordinator position include and are not limited to:
• Proven experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Proficiency in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Demonstrated ability to work with Ceridian
• Familiarity with Dayforce software
• Experience with About Time software
• Strong auditing skills
• Ability to conduct thorough background checks
• Knowledge of various benefit functions
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
