Responsibilities: Formulates and defines system scope and objectives for assigned projects. Prepares detailed specifications for programs. Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation. Has full technical knowledge and responsibility of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming. Understands the business or function for which application is designed. Duties also include instructing, directing and checking the work of other systems analysts and programming personnel. Minimum Requirements: Active IRS MBI Clearance Knowledge and experience in C/C++ and Python programming skills with troubleshooting experience. Must have minimum of 2 years of software programming work experience and interested in working with third party code vendors and maintaining customized systems. Preferred: Any experience with Image scanning solution with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology related to document processing is plus. Troubleshooting experience may be in any area as long as the candidate is very good at troubleshooting in general. Location: This opportunity is remote.
