Opening a new onsite HealthWorks - Direct to Employer practice in Greenfield for High Steel

The APP will provide personalized medical services, when the service is within the PA/NP skills, training and experience and with the collaboration of a managing physician at the onsite direct to employer primary care practice exclusively servicing the employees of High Steel. Modeled after Concierge Medicine, we go above and beyond to provide the highest level of care and customer service. A full panel will be between 550-750 patients. Patient care may include care to patients in the following age groups: pediatric (infant to 12 years), adolescent (13 to 17 years), adult (18 to 64 years), and geriatric (over 64 years), but will primarily focus on adult, working age employees of High Steel Associates.

Our HealthWorks practices offer convenience, access, and extended appointment times. We also offer a HIPPA secure text messaging app to our members where they can communicate medical needs with the clinical team.

HOURS: Fulltime; Mon, Wed, Thurs 7:30am-4:30pm; Tues 9:00am-6:00pm; & Fri 7:30am-2:00pm. No holidays or weekends. On-call shared with 16 other providers (on-call is done 1 week at a time and for phone calls only).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current Licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner by PA Board of Medicine or PA Board of Nursing. If Nurse Practitioner, FNP certification required.

  • Valid, unrestricted federal Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) number

  • Credentialed by, and a member in good standing of, the LGH Medical and Dental Staff with appropriate unrestricted clinical privileges.

  • Satisfaction of relevant continuing education requirements.

  • Participation as a provider in good standing in the Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare programs and such other third-party payment programs, including managed care programs, in which LGMG participates.

  • At least three years of APP clinical experience (with prior experience as APP in Primary Care Office, ED or Urgent Care).
