Aston Carter Data Entry Specialist in Lancaster, Pennsylvania

Job Description

The Data Entry Specialist will perform data entry of orders and ensure their logistical delivery.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • entering orders into the business system

  • processing orders via electronic data interface (EDI)

  • reviewing price exceptions

  • coordinating with production for product availability

  • working closely with shipping and transportation departments, issuing communications related to pricing and promotions

  • acting as a liaison for billing and delivery issues

  • investigating payment deductions

  • using Microsoft Office for documentation.


  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 2+ years of data entry/order entry experience in a manufacturing/industrial or other related industry

  • AS400 experience is a plus

  • Great computer skills
